Using WKDAY AI
WKDAY AI helps homeowners and contractors organize project requests, proposals, schedules, conversations, and payment records. These terms apply when you create an account or use the service. Use WKDAY AI only if you can enter into agreements and have authority to act for yourself or the business you represent.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and verify your email to access shared projects. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not impersonate someone else, share another person’s private project information without permission, or attempt to access accounts or projects you are not authorized to use.
Project agreements
The homeowner and contractor are responsible for agreeing on the work, price, timing, property access, and any applicable requirements. Review details before accepting a proposal or confirming a schedule. Creating an invitation locks the project request; accepting a proposal locks its scope, price, and initial deposit. After schedule confirmation, the homeowner pays any initial deposit and the contractor confirms receipt before work begins. A $0 deposit lets work begin immediately. The contractor marks work complete when it is finished. WKDAY AI records these decisions but does not perform the work or guarantee its quality or completion.
Payments and disputes
Payments take place outside WKDAY AI using a payment option offered by the contractor. Contractors must provide accurate payment details. Homeowners should check the recipient, instructions, and amount in the chosen payment service before paying. An initial deposit, if any, is due before work; any remaining balance is due after completion. Payment screenshots and references are evidence supplied by the homeowner; a confirmed payment means the contractor reported receiving it. WKDAY AI does not independently verify settlement, hold funds, process refunds, or decide payment disputes. Resolve work issues with the other participant and transaction issues through the chosen payment service’s support and applicable procedures.
Content and acceptable use
You retain your rights to content you upload and permit WKDAY AI and its service providers to store, display, and transmit it as needed to operate your projects. Upload only material you have permission to share. Do not upload malicious files, unlawful content, payment credentials, door or alarm codes, or unnecessary sensitive information. Do not use project chat to harass, threaten, or deceive others.
Service availability and records
Access depends on your device, internet connection, and supporting services. Interruptions and delays can occur. Keep copies of records you need outside WKDAY AI and use another agreed contact method for urgent coordination. Deleting a private draft removes its request and attachments; cancelling a shared project does not erase the shared history or reopen the project.
Changes and questions
Check the date above when reviewing these terms. For questions about access or these terms contact the WKDAY AI representative who provided your account access. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
