Information used by WKDAY AI
WKDAY AI uses your account name, email, authentication information, timezone, and selected workspace. Contractor and agency profiles include names, service categories, and payment details you choose to provide. Projects contain descriptions, locations, timing preferences, proposals, schedules, uploaded files, messages, and activity records. Payment records may include payment method names, instructions, a QR image, transaction references, screenshots, and the participants’ confirmations.
How information is used
This information enables sign-in, workspace access, project coordination, file sharing, messaging, and the external-payment record. Technical information and operational logs help run the service, diagnose failures, and protect access. WKDAY AI does not need your payment service password, bank credentials, card details, or household security codes. Crop or redact unrelated information before uploading payment screenshots.
Who can see project information
Shared project information is available to its homeowner and assigned contractor or agency owner. Unpublished contractor proposal and schedule drafts remain private to the contractor. Invitation previews show limited information before acceptance; treat the invitation link as private and share it only with the intended contractor. Authorized operators may access records to maintain or support the service.
Service providers
Google Firebase and Google Cloud support authentication, hosting, project storage, and optional browser push functionality. Stream supports project messaging and chat attachments. Information needed for these functions is processed by the relevant provider. Your chosen payment service processes payments separately under its own terms and privacy policy. WKDAY AI stores the payment details and evidence you supply, rather than accessing your payment service account.
Browser storage and notifications
Browser storage keeps your sign-in session and local preferences. Installing WKDAY AI adds app icons and a public offline page; private project pages and files are not intentionally cached by the app’s offline worker. If you enable browser push, device registration information is stored to support that feature. You can manage browser notification permission in your device or browser settings. Automatic project email and SMS alerts are not currently provided.
Retention and your choices
You can edit your profile and delete a private project draft before inviting a contractor. Shared project records, published revisions, payment evidence, and earlier payment QR images are retained to preserve the project history. Cancelling a project does not delete that history. Automated account deletion and a fixed automatic retention schedule are not currently available. For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests contact the WKDAY AI representative who provided your account access. Requests may require identity verification and consideration of the other participant’s records and applicable requirements.
Security and policy updates
WKDAY AI uses authenticated access controls and private file routes to restrict project access. No online service can promise complete security. Avoid including information that is unnecessary for the work. Review the date above for the latest version of this policy.
